Following an interest in aesthetic procedures Refresh Cosmetic Clinic was founded in 2004 by Alex Hoiles (RGN).

Alex is an Independent Prescriber, which enables her to fully assess a client individually and prescribe a treatment without the need for a medical doctor. This is a requirement stated by the NMC, IHAC and QCC when using products such as Botox.
